Shipping & Lead Times
If you are purchasing our ready-to-cargo products, your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 1-2 business days at the latest.
The delivery time varies for special productions to be made on order. The production process is usually 7-10 business days. It will be delivered to the cargo within 14 business days at the most. You can get information about the production process from us via whatsapp or e-mail according to current conditions.

Shipping & Returns
You have the right to return products in stock within 14 days.
If the product you ordered is a new production, you cannot return it because it is a personalized production. Therefore, you can contact us via WhatsApp to determine the color and pattern.
However, if your order is damaged during shipping or before the product reaches you, we can resend it at no charge. If you do not receive the broken or damaged cargo, please report it to the cargo company and us with a damage report.
It is stated in the detailed descriptions of the products whether it is possible to return them or not. If it is not specified, you can get information by contacting us.
For our refundable products, your payment will be sent to your account within 48 hours after the return is made. In addition, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Installation & Care
You can work with the flooring master on the products such as tiles, mosaics, etc. to be applied. If you want to apply it yourself, you can apply it with ceramic mortar. Then you can complete your design with colored joints.
