An extra glaze process is applied to the 20cmx20cm porcelain product by printing the pattern you want and the colors you want by serigraphy. Since it is baked at a high temperature of close to 1000 degrees, its resistance to deformations is quite high.

Shipping & Lead Times
If you are purchasing our ready-to-ship products, orders will be shipped within 3 working days at the latest.
For special productions to be made on order, the delivery time varies. The production process is usually 7-10 business days. It will be delivered to the cargo within a maximum of 14 working days. According to the current conditions, you can get information about the production process with us via whatsapp or e-mail.

Shipping & Returns
Some of our products are personalized. That’s why we don’t stock it. We produce according to your order and deliver it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you do not have the opportunity to return this type of product, as it is custom made. That’s why we recommend that you get an opinion from an expert (architect, designer or decoration company) before ordering custom-made products.
However, if your order is damaged during shipping or before the product reaches you, we can resend it without any cost. Please notify the cargo company and us with a damage assessment report if you do not take delivery of the broken or damaged cargo.
It is stated in the detailed descriptions of the products whether it is possible to return them or not. If it is not specified, you can get information by contacting us.
For our refundable products, your payment will be sent to your account within 48 hours after the return is made. In addition, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please contact us right away if your tile arrived damaged. We will replace damaged tile at no cost to you.

Installation & Care
You can work with the flooring master on the products such as tiles, mosaics, etc. to be applied. If you want to apply it yourself, you can apply it with ceramic mortar. Then you can complete your design with colored joints.
Since there is no water absorption in our porcelain products, no extra processing is required. You can easily use it indoors and outdoors for many years.
For our ceramic handmade products, we recommend sealing the product with any sealant before grouting.
Our porcelain tiles are resistant to chemicals and scratches.
You can clean our handmade products with the help of a soft sponge.
For our products that require installation, an information about how to install in the cargo package will be sent.
